1. Offer your readers a way to subscribe
2. Make it easy to subscribe with popular feed readers
3. Offer an email subscription
4. Put the link to your feed at the top of the page
5. Make sure you are using auto discovery
6. Make sure auto discovery and other links are pointing to the right feed
7. Offer full feeds
