Universal Subscription Mechanism v1.1

A lot of the feedback I received for the Universal Subscription Mechanism was to use the Atom link construct, rather than the RSS link module. As such, I've made the switch official and released a new version of the protocol.

I agree.  FWIW I intend to provide users with a panel that explains what is happening and gives them the option to add the new feed if it is not already being tracked by the Aggregator.  I intend to provide two additional buttons to display the feed source in the user's default browser or in Notepad.
