A new change to the Atom WSDL. The SOAP responses were previous wrapped. In discussion w/ Dave Orchard, I realized this is unnecessary.
Example:
<atomtypes:POST>
<atom:entry>
...
</atom:entry>
</atomtypes:entry>
The POST wrapping element in this response is unnecessary.
